Tomorrow is Thanksgiving, and while it’s always been one of my favorite holidays for the food and the comfort it brings, it’s also a moment that reminds me to take stock of what truly matters. This year, there is nothing I’m more grateful for than you. Over the past eleven months, you’ve helped transform my life and given me the chance to share accurate, honest information with tens of millions of people. I would be doing myself a disservice if I didn’t say this clearly: thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

Before I go further, I want to pause for one quick but important note: we are incredibly close to reaching our end-of-year subscription goal, and crossing that finish line will help propel several major projects already in motion behind the scenes. These are projects that will expand our reporting, strengthen our community-based coverage, and help us continue building the people-powered network we’ve created together. If you haven’t subscribed yet—or if you’re able to upgrade or share this Substack with someone who would—now is the moment when it makes the greatest impact. Your support is the engine behind everything we’re building.

When this journey began, I had just stepped away from practicing law. My goal was simple—almost naïve in its simplicity: to educate as many people as possible. In a country where civics, ethics, and media literacy are absent from far too many classrooms, and where entire communities have been overlooked or ignored, I wanted to help fill the gap our system left behind. At the same time, we stepped into the vacuum created by a media landscape that has faltered under the weight of political pressure and powerful interests. I wish that void had never existed—but it did, and we stepped in together.

With your support, we rebuilt what news can look like. We didn’t just respond to the failures of corporate media; we created something new—something people-powered, community-rooted, and guided by principles rather than personalities. From day one, we made it clear that this network would not revolve around individuals. It would revolve around the people.

And I believe our greatest achievement has been using this platform to uplift community organizers, democracy advocates, peaceful protesters, and everyday people who have had the courage to stand up and speak truth.

Recently, I’ve seen people from corporate outlets analyzing our growth and noting that our reach now exceeds that of cable networks, major media corporations, and the biggest right-wing podcasters. And yes—those numbers are real, and I’m proud of them. But it’s telling that so many of these pieces still try to force us into a partisan frame. They miss the point entirely.

Our lens has never been partisan; it has been human. This mission has always been to uplift the human condition—to lead with values, with principles, with truth. You already know that, of course. Still, it’s fascinating to see how hard some outlets try to understand us through the only prism they know.

As we head into uncertain days, I want to thank you for your hard work, your resilience, and your belief in what we are building. The road ahead won’t be easy, but I am confident that together we’ll shape a future we can be proud of.

A special thank-you to every subscriber of this Substack. You’ve helped keep us at the top—outperforming virtually every major media company in engagement and views across digital platforms. If you haven’t subscribed yet, I hope you’ll consider doing so. Every time someone asks how they can help grow the network, my answer is always the same: spreading the word about The Parnas Perspective is invaluable, but the most impactful support—by far—has been the subscriptions to this Substack.

Our ability to expand, improve, and reach more people is directly tied to your support here. Thank you for being here. Thank you for believing in this work. And thank you for helping build something that belongs to all of us.

Happy Thanksgiving <3
